 Fulton County Atlanta Georgia (USA)
Fulton County Atlanta Georgia selected Emblaze-VCON for its software based scaleable solutions and open Developer environments. The county has acquired Emblaze VCON HDDK tool kit to integrate within the VTC environment an electronic warrant application delivered by a third party. The electronic warrant system will allow all Precincts (Police Stations) to have access to judges in the court rooms or at their homes to issue warrants electronically over video conferencing. The application is for remote arraignment of prisoners.

The IT department of the American National Institute of Health selected Emblaze-VCON's MXM infrastructure server and vPoint HD desktop software to provide videoconferencing services to all the entities in relation. French Army (France)
Emblaze-VCON was chosen by the French Ministry of Defence after winning in several public tenders for videoconferencing solutions. Requirements included ITU-T standards-based conferencing with data sharing and videoconferencing for point-to-point and multipoint calls. The solution also required full integration with military encryption devices. In addition to videoconferencing endpoints, Emblaze-VCON was able to offer a complete solution that included Emblaze-VCON’s multipoint conferencing unit (MCU), the VCB2500, in addition to other MCUs and IP/ISDN Gateways using V35 interfaces for encryption.

Under the financial umbrella of the WorldBank, the government of the Russian Federation together with Ministry of Justice has worked at improving the functioning of Russian courts. To date, hundreds of courts and jail houses are using Emblaze VCON HD3000 STB systems which enable to arraign prisoners over videoconferencing without either the judge or the prisoner traveling providing additional security and speeding up the judicial process.
