May 18 Webinar will showcase VCON's New One-Click Access to
WebEx MediaTone™ Meeting Center Service

(May 11, 2004) Austin, Texas – VCON (Euronext- Nouveau Marché -ISIN CODE: IL 00 108 30540), a worldwide leader in audio and videoconferencing solutions, will co-host an hour-long Webinar on Monday, May 18 at 10 a.m. (PST) with WebEx, the leading provider of web communication services.

The Webinar will demonstrate how a presenter using VCON’s IGC 2000 enterprise audio and web-based data conferencing server can seamlessly launch a WebEx meeting as a natural extension of their audio conference via the IGC 2000 Audio Conferencing Call Manager, all with a click of a button and without the need to obtain a conference ID or password. Paneled by Samir Madhiwalla, director of business development, VCON, the Webinar will also show how the IGC 2000 allows presenters to manage their own personal conferencing experience using an intuitive and user-friendly graphical client application for individual in-call control and how Call Manager functions are accessible from any phone, networked computer or wireless PDA such as a Blackberry handheld and Palm OS devices.

“Our channels partners and their customers are requesting this blend of our leading video/audio conferencing products with the leader in web communication services –WebEx,” said Gordon Daugherty, chief marketing officer, VCON. “We are excited about the opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of this unique collaboration.”

Under the recently signed collaboration agreement, VCON will offer a 4-port WebEx Meeting Center service as an optional module of the VCON IGC 2000 audio conferencing bridge. This new combination enables users to add advanced web conferencing to VCON IGC 2000’s unique and personal "In-call control" during an audio conference. The WebEx Meeting Center service supports feature-rich browser-based multimedia communications for remote presentations, new product demonstrations, document collaboration, and application and desktop sharing. WebEx Meeting Center also allows users to record and edit meetings for future reference or training.

Customers will now be able to combine the power and flexibility of VCON’s audio bridge with the security and performance of WebEx’s global communications network.
