The Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Hebei Province has chosen Emblaze-VCON's systems after testing other solutions and has singled out its HD1000, the latest high definition videoconferencing codec for integration into their custom multi-media room environments.

As the premier governmental management of industries and commerce in Hebei Province, the Industrial and Commercial Bureau (“Bureau”) consists of nearly 40,000 employees, dispersed in different cities, counties and towns. With a fast growing economy in this province, the Bureau suffers from a poor infrastructure for management of business, personnel and insufficient communications. Emblaze-VCON's HD1000 system will help the Bureau to reduce operational costs, increase work efficiency and improve communications among different branches in the province.
