Emblaze-VCON Conference Moderator
The Emblaze-VCON Conference Moderator is an advanced scheduling and conference management package.
Conference Moderator allows users to schedule point-to-point or multipoint videoconferences and to easily manage those conferences in real-time. Additionally, users can manage their personal contact lists and groups for easy and fast scheduling of recurring meetings of workgroups and co-workers.
For administrators, the Conference Moderator reduces the complexity of deploying and managing a videoconferencing network and allows them to see conferences taking place on the network.
Scheduling and Conference Moderation
While many videoconferences are ad-hoc, they can be further enhanced by advance scheduling. This is especially true when the administrator is asked to remotely initiate a point-to-point or multipoint videoconference. The Conference Moderator puts scheduling in the hands of the user community, and lets them schedule conferences from within their work environment with easy integration into MS-Outlook.
Additionally, the Conference Moderator enables the conference host to easily monitor and manage the conference: mute/un-mute participants, invite more participants to the conference after it has started, change conference layouts, start / stop conference recording and/or streaming and send text messages to conference participants are only some of the many management features available.
Address Books and Groups
Every user in the organization can gain access to the Conference Moderator and have his personal address book, contact list and work groups saved in advance for easy and fast scheduling.
