| Problem Description: I cannot call higher than 384K over IP when I am calling an endpoint that is not registered to the MXM. |

| Resolution: When making a call to a non-registered device, the data rate of the call is limited to 384K, even if the endpoint is capable of higher bandwidth. Additionally, MXM has specific bandwidth control settings for calls to non-registered devices. Check to make sure the bandwidth limit for such calls is set as desired. |
