Call Forwarding through Gateway

Problem Description:
I cannot consistently call forward to my cellular phone or other PSTN-based device.
 
Resolution:
If the gateway's ISDN lines are connected through some other device (such as an ISDN IMUX or splitter) and not directly to the gateway, call forwarding towards a non-ISDN device (i.e. cell phone) might not work properly.
