Calling from a non-registered Falcon to a MXM-registered Falcon

Problem Description:
I cannot connect to a Falcon registered to the MXM when calling from a non-registered Falcon.
 
Resolution:
It is not possible to call from a non-registered Falcon to a registered Falcon.
