Problem Description:
Call forward settings seem to be ignored if the calling party is registered
to a RADVision ECS and the target party is registered to a MXM. |

Resolution:
Call Forwarding from an endpoint registered to the RADVISION ECS to
an endpoint registered to the MXM works only if the ECS is configured to
work in Direct Mode (versus gatekeeper-routed mode). |
