Initializing the vPoint HD software client

Problem Description:
The vPoint HD software client has been installed but will not initialize without registering to the MXM.
 

Resolution:
As a security and control feature for video network administrators, the vPoint HD software client must complete a successful registration to the MXM at least once. This registration provisions the client with various policies, identitifications and limits as configured by the administrator. After this initial registration, the vPoint HD software client can "work offline" if the administrator so allows.

If the vPoint HD software client is not registering to an MXM, it must have a USB dongle (ships with all vPoint HD stand alone clients) attached to the PC/laptop in order for the software to initialize. For information on obtaining a USB dongle, contact your Emblaze-VCON reseller.
