| Initializing the vPoint HD software client | ||||||||

| Problem Description: The vPoint HD software client has been installed but will not initialize without registering to the MXM. |
||||||||
|
Resolution: If the vPoint HD software client is not registering to an MXM, it must have a USB dongle (ships with all vPoint HD stand alone clients) attached to the PC/laptop in order for the software to initialize. For information on obtaining a USB dongle, contact your VCON reseller. |
