vPoint HD will not work with VCON PCI codecs or with ViGO
 
VCON Product: vPoint ver:6.0+
Non-VCON Product: none
 
Problem Description:
I have loaded vPoint HD, but it does not seem to recognize the ViGO, Escort or Cruiser as an accelerator.
 

Resolution:
vPoint HD is a stand-alone software product that does not use a hardware accelerator, and therefore, will not work as the software program for the ViGO, Escort or Cruiser.

For the ViGO, a user can install vPoint version 5.1 SP1 (or any later service pack version of 5.1) as the software to work with the ViGO.

For the Escort and Cruiser, MeetingPoint 4.6 with XP support is the latest version of software.
