Sony D100 PTZ controls not working properly

Problem Description:
Sony D100 camera does not work properly. The PTZ controls for the local Sony D100 seem to work fine for zoom, but not pan or tilt.
 

Resolution:
Please first confirm that the Sony camera is configured in the Advance Settings +AD4- Hardware +AD4- Camera dialog.

Secondly, on the camera's bottom there are two DIP switches. Please confirm that switch labeled +ACI-IR OUT+ACI- is set to OFF and switch labeled +ACI-Mode+ACI- is set to ON.
