Dialing Into VCB Session Not Working |

Problem Description:
I have a MXM and a VCB for this version, but still I am not able to dial
directly from the endpoint to the VCB, I still only can make "ad
hoc" conferences. |

Resolution:
Both MXM and VCB should be configured to support direct dialing
from end points.
- From The MXM Console Double click VCB Services/The properties dialog
for VCB opens for General Tab.
- Choose Ad Hoc conference Tab. Turn off the "use this service
exclusively for ad hoc conferences"
- ON the MXM administrator console click on MCU permission Group.
Double click on the right MCU Service Permission Group. The General
tab appears. Select the permission group Tab.
- You'll see the VCB identifier (E.164 and IP address for VCB). Select
it .
- You should be able to dial directly to the VCB Now
