Direct Dialing Into VCB Session Not Working

Problem Description:
I have a MXM and a VCB for this version, but still I am not able to dial directly from the endpoint to the VCB, I still only can make "ad hoc" conferences.
 

Resolution:
Both MXM and VCB should be configured to support direct dialing from end points.

  1. From The MXM Console Double click VCB Services/The properties dialog for VCB opens for General Tab.

  2. Choose Ad Hoc conference Tab. Turn off the "use this service exclusively for ad hoc conferences"

  3. ON the MXM administrator console click on MCU permission Group. Double click on the right MCU Service Permission Group. The General tab appears. Select the permission group Tab.

  4. You'll see the VCB identifier (E.164 and IP address for VCB). Select it .

  5. You should be able to dial directly to the VCB Now
