Problem Description:
Starbak server will not connect as an ad hoc resource. |

Resolution:
Successful configuration of the Starbak server requires both check
boxes on the MCU ad hoc conferencing tab be checked. Both "use
this service as an ad hoc service" and "use this service exclusively
for ad hoc conferences" must be check in order for the MXM and
Starbak to intereact successfully.
