Resolution:

1. First you must make sure the MXM server has IIS (Internet Information Services) installed. From within the Windows Component Wizard on the Windows 2000 Server CD, select IIS and install.
   
   
2. Then go to Network Services and select "Site Server ILS Services." Click OK, then Next. Windows will configure the components. Click finish and reboot.
   

From within the MXM administrator interface:

1. Go to the LDAP Servers View
   
   
2. Select Win2000 ILS
   
   
3. Change the Host Address from "Default_Site_Server_ILS" to the IP Address of the ILS server.
   
   
4. If you are using DNS, then the server name should be the same as the DNS name.
   
   
5. Change the "Refresh Connect Interval" to 10.

Go back to the Main View of the MXM administrator.

1. Go to Templates, Desktop (or other device), select properties, MXM, LDAP.
   
   
2. In the "Display online directory from this server" select "Site Server ILS Service"
   
   
3. In the same window in the "List node in the following LDAP servers:" select "Site Server ILS Service"
   
   
4. Click Apply
