Unable to login with MXM administrator console

Problem Description:
The MXM administrator console can not login into the MXM server. It may happen after using a different Windows account name to login into the computer or when moving the MXM server between networks.
 

Resolution:
Go the the Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Data Sources(ODBC) Settings. Look for the Emblaze-VCON31 and Billing31 DSN. Click the Configure button and in the follwing screen make sure that the Server name is spelled "(local)". Click the Next button and make sure to check the SQL Server authentication mode with a user "Emblaze-VCON" and password "Leeds". Restart the MXM server.
