Scheduled Calls Do Not Start On Time or at All

Problem Description:
When scheduling a call, it does not start or starts in a different hour then its shown on the calendar.
 

Resolution:
You must make sure that daylight savings is OFF on the server PC's clock where the Conference Moderator is installed.
