Scheduled Calls Do Not Start

Problem Description:
None of the scheduled call start. If using the "Start Now" method the call is succesful, but none of the scheduled calls seem to work.
 

Resolution:
Make sure that the SQLSERVERAGENT service is running on the server where the Conference Moderator is installed.
