Browser Refresh Problems with IGC

Problem Description:
While browsing the IGC WEB site/IGC management site, sometimes pages are not refreshed upon clicking on links. |

Resolution:
Disabling cashing need to be done. At the Internet Explorer Options menu, go to Connections / LAN Settings / Proxy Settings / Advanced. Enter the prefix of the IGC web site address in the Disable Cashing area. For example: conf.vcon.com
