Problem Description:
Emblaze-VCON desktop solutions, the Escort and/or Cruiser, are not working on fast PCs that has the new hyperthreading capabilities. |

Resolution:
This is a known issue. The only resolution that has been identified at this time is to reset the BIOS to single thread mode so that hyperthreading is disabled. This may require a reinstallation of the operating system on some systems.
