Unable to View the Multicast Streaming from the HD2000 or HD3000

Problem Description:
After browsing to the HD2000 or HD3000 and selecting the View Stream function, I cannot view the multicast stream. The Quicktime video window inside the browser remains blank. |

Resolution:
There may be 2 possible issues to research:
When you press the "View Stream", do you see Apple QuickTime logo at the Streaming Window?
If not, then you need to install the QuickTime viewer plug-in. Please download it from: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone
If the logo does appear, it is likely the network that you are on is not Multicast-enabled. Please try using the Unicast streaming function of the system (Press the "Switch to Unicast" button on the "Streaming Viewer" Page. This button is just below the streaming video window in the browswer.)
