Installing the QuickTime Viewer for Accessing the HD2000 or HD3000 Streaming Functions

Problem Description:
Do I have to install anything to view the streaming coming from the HD2000 or HD3000?

Resolution:
To be able to view the streaming video coming from the system you need to have the QuickTime viewer on your PC. To install, either browse to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone/ and download QuickTime viewer. Or browse to the system (via its IP address) and click on the View Stream button. If the QuickTime Viewer is not installed on your PC, you will automatically be redirected to the QuickTime download page for installation.

During the installation when you are asked about the Connection Speed, answer with Intranet/LAN or else streaming shall not work. Also, the checkbox for "Allow Multiple Simultaneous Streams" should be checked by default.
