Streaming Video in Quicktime Viewer is Jumping |

| Problem Description: While viewing the HD3000 unicast or multicast streams using the web-browser access (Quicktime format), the video window jumps up and down every couple of seconds. |

Resolution: This happens when the wrong version of the Quicktime viewer is installed on the viewing PC. Upgrading the version should solve the jumpy video problem. The version should be at least version 6.5.
