Unable to Login to Encryption Server from Behind Broadband Access Point

Problem Description:
When trying to login to the encryption server from behind a broadband access point (like a Linksys home office router/gateway), I get a message "Sign-in Failed! Invalid server address". |

|
Resolution:
From the Encryption Client, select the Tools/Options menu. There is a selection labeled "I am connected to the Internet using an Internet Sharing Router". Check this box and try to login again. But remember that if you travel to another location where this type of network device is not present, you may need to un-check this option.
In addition, Port 2061 (UDP) and Port 443 (TCP) in your local firewall must be configured to allow outbound connections, which is usually the case.
