API for Customizing the HD2000 (or HD3000)

Problem Description:
What APIs are available for customizing or controlling the HD2000 (and HD3000)?

Resolution:
These products share the same API. The API has two variations: serial or IP-based. The documentation for this API can be found on the VCON website: both the HD2000 page and the Manuals page.

Additionally, AMX has created a set of programming macros for the VCON HD2000 (and HD3000). The AMX programmer's guide for these products can be found on the HD2000 page of the VCON website and also on the AMX website. In addition, the AMX website also has programming macros and other tools specific to the VCON HD2000 (and HD3000).
