Pinnacle DVC-80 Capture Device Not Working Properly with vPoint HD

Problem Description:
The Pinnacle DVC-80 registers 2 capture devices. However, one appears as valid and the other one not. Trying to utilize the second device causes an error that leads to treating the first valid device as invalid. The end result is that vPoint HD does not recognize the camera that is attached to the Pinnacle device. |

Resolution:
Emblaze-VCON has a patch (updated DLL file) to solve this issue. Please contact your Emblaze-VCON representative to receive this patch, as it is not posted on the Emblaze-VCON Downloads site.
