This VCON Troubleshooting Support Notes section is a tool and resource for both VCON authorized distributors and resellers, as well as VCON end users, customers and potential customers. This section is maintained on a daily basis and new support notes are added frequently.

Before calling VCON technical support or a VCON reseller, check Troubleshooting Support Notes for an answer to your question. If it's not there, write us a note and let us know the information you were looking for. If it is appropriate, we'll start a Support Note on it and post it.
